Monday, Nov. 13: Purple team practices on Monday and Tuesday from 5:45-6:45 pm at the Johnston Middle School gym (6501 NW 62nd Ave. Johnston, IA 50131)

Tuesday, Nov. 14: Gold team practices on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:45-7:00 pm at the Johnston High School gym (6500 NW 100th St., Johnston, IA 50131)

For the practices, shorts and a t-shirt are normal attire. The only special equipment required will be wrestling shoes. You can find those online, at Dick's Sporting Goods or Scheels, or secondhand at a place like Once Upon a Child, Play It Again Sports, or Facebook Marketplace.
